Reida Linn is a psychologist, civil and LGBT activist, gender-queer. He leads a support group for transgender and gender non-binary people in Moscow and works on a telephone hotline.

When the situation for LGBT people in Russia continues to deteriorate and opportunities to protect their rights is becoming less and the sense of mutual support, education and solidarity is particularly important. These have always been the goals of the Side by Side Film Festival. I am very pleased that we are again, for the umpteenth time, will meet again at the festival in Moscow.
