Kristina Kvitko was born and raised in Saint Petersburg. She graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy and studied at the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television, Department of Fiction Film (studio of Igor Maslennikov). In 2013, Kristina graduated from the School of Documentary Film and Theater of Marina Razbezhkina and Mikhail Ugarov. Krisitina directed such films as Mousetrap and A Simple Life; she is a founder and an author at the creative art collective NEteatr.
