Jochen Hick

Jochen Hick: “My last visit to Saint Petersburg was more than twenty years ago. Over the past few years Saint Petersburg has received a lot of negative headlines because of anti-gay movements. I am looking forward to meeting Russian audiences and understanding a bit better what this is all about – and talk about parallel developments in former East and now joint Germany. I am eager to see Russian documentary and features about the topic. Thanks to the festival for making this exchange happen and last but not least many thanks to the Goethe Institute in Saint Petersburg for their ongoing support.”
